Simon established Kinbank in 2005. Previously he had developed and managed a wide range of innovative housing, support and advice services; managed sizeable grants programmes and overseen community regeneration activity.   

He combines a track record in research and innovation with the realism of an established practitioner. This is further strengthened by his holding an Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society.

Simon has particular experience in social enterprise, housing and homelessness, health and community care services and community surveying.

Having worked for Central and Local Government, the charitable and voluntary sectors he can readily associate with, and bring fresh insights to both client and external stakeholder perspectives.
